摘  要:文章针对传统的PID控制难以快速响应保证产量和效率稳定的问题,提出了基于模糊PID控制理论的泥浆浓度控制方法。首先介绍了模糊PID控制器的原理,然后确定了模糊语言变量和隶属函数,并制定了模糊规则和反模糊化方法。在Matlab仿真平台中设计了模糊PID控制器,对泥浆输送系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明:模糊PID控制器相较于PID控制器对于泥浆浓度控制的时域性能具有一定的改善作用,并能提高泥浆浓度的稳定性,进而保证挖泥船产量和效率的稳定性。In order to solve the problem that the traditional PID control is difficult to respond quickly to ensure the stability of production and efficiency, the mud concentration control method based on fuzzy PID control theory is put forward, and the mud concentration is not stable when the dredger is working. Firstly, the principle of fuzzy PID controller is introduced, and then fuzzy language variables and membership functions are determined and fuzzy rules and anti - fuzzy methods are developed. A fuzzy PID controller is designed in the Matlab simulation platform to simulate the mud transport system. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller has a certain im- provement effect on the time domain performance of the mud concentration control, and can improve the stability of the mud concentration and ensure the stability of the dredger production and efficiency.
