摘 要:随着电网负载的多样性,对补偿装置提出了更高的要求,研发一种功能完备、性能优良的补偿装置是十分必要的。本文在传统静止同步补偿器无功补偿控制策略基础上,增加了谐波抑制和不平衡治理功能。指定次谐波的补偿精度和动态响应取决于电流调节器的性能,本文以多同步旋转坐标系为基础,提出一种新的控制方法,该控制方法将重复控制器通过一个相加环节叠加到PI控制器中形成复合电流调节器。复合电流调节器在实现谐波电流独立控制的同时,又提高了整个系统的稳态精度。仿真结果验证了新的控制方法的优越性。Along with the diversity of power loads, higher requirements for compensation devices have been proposed, thus it is necessary to develop a compensation device with perfect function and good performance. On the basis of reac- tive power compensation control strategy for a traditional static synchronous compensator (STATCOM), suppression of harmonics and control of unbalance are added. The compensation accuracy and dynamic response of selective harmon- ics depend on the performance of a current regulator. In this paper, a new control method is proposed based on multiple synchronous rotating frames, in which a repetitive controller is added to a PI controller through an additive link. In this way, a composite current regulator is formed, which realizes independent control of harmonic current and improves the steady-state accuracy of the system at the same time. Simulation results verify the superiority of the new control method.
