摘 要:目的探讨重症医学科晨间护理查房的管理模式在提升低年资护士能力中的应用效果。方法以在重症医学科工作3年以内的低年资护士19人作为研究对象,自设问卷(采用likert5分评分法)对比分析采用晨间护理查房前后低年资护士表达能力、病情掌握、护理诊断正确性、护理措施执行情况及整体工作表现。结果晨间护理查房实施1年后,低年资护士能力在不同程度上有提高,采用晨间护理查房的低年资护士的护理满意度明显高于传统查房(P<0.05)。结论晨间护理查房是提高重症医学科低年资护士能力的有效途径。Objective To explore the application of morning nursing ward - round management mode in ICU to enhance the ability of the low seniority nurse. Methods The objects of study were 19 low seniority nurses with less than three years' work in the Department of ICU, a self - designed questionnaire (using likert 5 score method) was used to compare the expression ability, disease control, nursing diagnosis accura- cy, nursing measures implementation and overall performance of the low seniority nurse. Results The implementation, the ability of the low seniority nurse increased in different degrees after one year, the nursing satisfaction of morning nursing ward - round of the low seniority nurse was significantly higher than that of traditional rounds ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Morning nursing ward - round is an effective way to improve the ability of the low seniority nurse of ICU.
