面神经麻痹45例的瞬目反射和面神经电图检测

摘　　要：目的探究瞬目反射与面神经电图对面神经麻痹患者的检测效果。方法将我院在2015年11月~2017年9月期间收治的45例被确诊为面神经麻痹患者作为研究的对象,45例患者在疾病早、晚期分别接受瞬目反射与面神经电图检测,比较两种检测方法在早期、晚期的检测价值。结果瞬目反射检测的异常率100%明显高于面神经电图检测异常率55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在晚期,面神经电图检测异常率100.00%明显高于瞬目反应检测异常率33.33%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在健、患侧瞬目反射检测中,健侧R1、R2分别为(9.21±0.87)、(27.55±2.16)ms,均低于患侧的(12.83±1.16)、(36.73±2.49)ms,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在潜伏期,健侧面神经颞支、面神经颊支分别为(1.72±0.27)、(1.63±0.35)mV,明显优于患侧的(2.41±0.36)ms、(2.29±0.41)mV,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在波幅期,健侧面神经颞支、面神经颊支分别为(2.42±0.62)ms、(3.02±0.69)mV,均优于患侧的(1.37±0.54)ms、(1.53±0.58)mV,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瞬目反射更适用于早期面神经麻痹患者的检测,而面神经电图则更是用于晚期患者,应该根据患者的发病情况选择恰当的检测方法;两者结合应用,能够全面、客观地了解患者整个疾病发展过程,有利于为患者的临床治疗提供科学指导方案。Objective To explore the detection effect of electroneurography and blink reflex in patients with facial paralysis. Methods 45 cases with facial nerve paralysis who were treated in our hospital from November 2015 to September 2017 were selected,45 cases in the disease early and late received electroneurography and blink reflex test,two a detection method in the early detection of advanced value. Results The blink reflex and abnormal rate of 100% was significantly higher than that of electroneurography detection of abnormal rate was 55.56%,with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）;In the late electroneurography detection rate of abnormal 100.00% was significantly higher than the blink reaction for the detection of abnormal rate was 34%,there were statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）;In health,to develop lateral blink reflex tests,the contralateral R1 ,R2, respectively was （9.21 ± 0.87）ms and （27.55 ± 2.16） ms,than one side of （12.83 ± 1.16）ms, （1.16 _± 2.49）ms,was statistically significant（P 〈 O.05）;In the incubation period,the branches of the lateral nerve and the facial nerve were （1.72 ± 0.27）ms,（1.63 ± 0.35）mV,significantly better than the patients with the side of （2.41 ± 0.36）ms,（2.29 ± 0.41）mV,and the statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）;In the amplitude phase,the lateral nerve temporal and facial nerve branches were （2.42 ± 0.62）ms, （3.02 ± 0.69）mV,which were better than the（1.37 ± 0.54）ms, （1.53 ± 0.58）mV,and the statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The blink reflex is more suitable for the detection of patients with facial paralysis in the early stage,and electroneurography is for patients with advanced,should choose the appropriate inspection according to the incidence of patients with the measuring method;their combination,to comprehensively and objectively the patients understand the disease process,to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of patients with scientific program.
