摘 要:目的:获得不同年级学生的不同人格特点,为高校学生的心理健康管理工作提供更好的基本措施。方法:运用卡特尔16种性格测试量表(16PF)对2014~2016年级的学生进行测试。结果:2014级与2015级学生在聪慧性等10项人格因素、适应与焦虑型等6项综合因素上存在差异,2014级与2016级学生在乐群性等13项人格因素、内向与外向等4项综合因素上有差异,2015级学生与2016级学生在乐群性等7项人格因素、内向与外向型等3项综合因素上有差异;男生与女生除了聪慧性和敏感性2个因素无差异(P>0.05)外,其余22个因素均有差异(P<0.05);不同生源地学生除了乐群性、聪慧性、忧虑性及专业成就4个因素无差异(P>0.05)外,其余20个因素均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:2014~2016级3个年级卡特尔16种性格测试量表(16PF测试)存在差异,并且3个年级的学生在城乡及性别上也存在个别差异。Objective : To investigate the diverse personality characteristics of college students in different grades for the basis to plan appropriate strategies in management of the psychological health in the undergraduates.Methods :The undergraduates enrolled in-between 2014 and 2016 received questionnaire response using Cattell Sixteen Personality Factors Questionnaire(16PF) .Results:The difference was significant in students enrolled in 2014 and 2015 regarding the 10 personality factors( including reasoning) and another 6 comprehensive personality type( including adaptation and anxiety) .Students enrolled in 2014 were different from those in 2016 pertinent to 13 personality factors( including warmth) and 4 comprehensive factors such as introversion and extroversion personality, and those enrolled in 2015 and 2016 were different in 7 personality factors ( such as warmth) and 3 comprehensive factors such as introversion and extroversion traits.Males were different from females in 22 factors except for factors of reasoning and sensitivity( P〈0.05 ;P〉0.05 ).The difference was significant in students from different areas in 20 personality factors apart from factors of warmth ,reasoning,apprehension and professional achievement(P〈0.05;P〉0.05) .Conclusion :Undergraduates enrolled in 2014,2015 and 2016 as well as those from cities and rural areas in a institution of higher learning are different in the testing results by 16PF.
