不同企业智力资本和动态能力的差异及管理——基于296份调查问卷的分析

摘　　要：竞争激烈的知识经济时代,智力资本和动态能力能够显著影响企业绩效水平,研究采用独立样本t检验和单因子方差分析方法探讨不同特性的企业在智力资本和动态能力方面的差异。研究发现:高科技企业和传统企业在智力资本上不存在显著差异,但是高科技企业的动态能力显著高于传统企业;国有企业、民营企业和外资企业在智力资本和动态能力方面不存在显著差异;不同规模的企业在智力资本上存在显著差异,随着规模的扩大智力资本有逐渐增加的趋势,但是在动态能力方面不存在显著差异;不同年龄的企业在智力资本上存在显著差异,随着年龄的增长智力资本显著增加,但是在动态能力上没有显著差异。在供给侧改革的大背景下,必须继续深化国有企业改革,全面重视智力资本的储备和动态能力的提升,以加快企业的转型和升级。In the era of competitive knowledge economy, intellectual capital and dynamic capability can significantly affect the performance level of enterprises. By adopting independent sample t-test and single-factor ANOVA method,this study investigates the differences of enterprises with different characteristics in intellectual capital and dynamic capability. The results show that no significant difference exists in intellectual capital between high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprises,but the dynamic capability of the former is significantly higher than that of the latter; the differences in intellectual capital and dynamic capability of state-owned enterprises,private enterprises and foreign enterprises are not significant; a significant difference in intellectual capital exists among enterprises of different sizes,and with the expansion of scale,intellectual capital presents a trend of gradually increasing without significant difference in dynamic capability; significant differences in intelligence capital exists among enterprises of different ages,and with their age increasing,intellectual capital increases significantly without significant difference in dynamic capability. Under the background of supply side reform,it is essential to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises,focus on intellectual capital reserve and dynamic capability improvement,and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the enterprises.
