摘 要:在数控凸轮轴磨床加工过程中,由砂轮磨损引入的廓形误差是不能忽略的。首先从理论着手,通过建立砂轮磨损量与凸轮廓线误差的数学模型,找出了砂轮磨损引入廓形误差的原因,并通过计算仿真进一步证明了补偿的必要性。其次,结合误差产生原理与生产实际加工特点,提出了解决该误差的方法和实施步骤。最后,经过设置加工实验,验证了该方法的正确性和优越性。In the CNC camshaft grinding machine processing, the profile error caused by grinding wheel wear can't be ignored. First proceed from theory, by establishing the mathematical model of grinding wheel wear and cam profile error, the reason of the introduction of profile error of grinding wheel wear is found out, and the necessity of compensation is proved by calculation and simulation. Secondly, combined with the error generation principle and the actual processing characteristics of the production, the method and the practical steps to solve the error are put forward. At last, the correctness and superiority of the method are verified by setting the processing experiment.
