摘  要:基于1995~2014年中国省际高技术产业数据,并利用社会网络分析法,考察我国省际高技术产业空间关联网络特征。结果发现我国高技术产业明显有空间上的关联性并存在较大的溢出效应,高技术产业空间关联的密切程度有提升趋势。上海、北京、天津、浙江、江苏处于网络的中心地带,在网络中扮演着"中介"的角色,上海处于核心地位,青海和吉林处于最边缘地位。双向溢出板块与净收益板块的成员基本处于东部沿海地区,中、西部地区在网络中发挥着净溢出与经纪人板块的作用。因此,在高技术产业发展政策制定时,要有全国一盘棋战略思维,要充分发挥各板块之间的关联性,要制定差异板块产业发展政策。Based on the provincial data of China's high-tech industry collected during the period of 1995-2014,this paper focuses on the network features of spatial correlation in China's high-tech industry by the method of social network analysis. The result demonstrates that there exist obvious spatial correlation and spillover effect in China's high-tech industry,with the expected trend of the increasing degree of the correlation. Located in the heart area of network,cities and provinces of Shanghai,Beijing,Tianjin,Zhejiang and Jiangsu play the connecting roles in the network,with Shanghai being the core part of it. The provinces of Qinghai and Jilin are located in the most marginal area of the network. Members of bidirectional spillover sector are mainly found in the eastern coastal area,while middle and western areas play their own roles in net spillover and agent sector. Therefore,when making the policy for China's high-tech industry,a strategic thinking of national overall development is of great necessity. Sectoral differences need to be considered in making the corresponding policy so that the correlational advantage can be fully achieved.
