摘　　要：目的观察甲磺酸伊马替尼治疗慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)的效果。方法随机将我院2015年10月—2016年10月收治的60例CML患者分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予常规疗法,观察组行甲磺酸伊马替尼治疗。比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率、T淋巴细胞免疫功能指标以及不良反应发生率等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲磺酸伊马替尼治疗CML效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of imatinib mesylate in the treatment of chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML). Methods 60 patients with CML in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine therapy, and observation group was treated with imatinib mesylate. The efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of treatment, the immune function of T lymphocyte and the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group were significantly better than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of imatinib mesylate in the treatment of CML is significant.
