摘　　要：当前,饲料资源的匮乏是制约我国畜牧业快速发展的主要因素之一。近年来,玉米酒精糟(DDGS)作为一种新型的能量和蛋白质饲料原料来源,逐渐应用于猪和牛的实际生产中。本文从DDGS的营养价值,影响其营养价值的因素,以及DDGS在猪和牛生产上的应用进行综述。At present,one of the main factors which restrict the rapid development of animal husbandry is the lack of feed resources in China.In recent years,distillers dried grains with solube（DDGS） is applied to the actual production of pigs and cattle as a new type of energy and protein feed sources gradually.This article reviewed the nutritional value of DDGS and its influence factors and the application on pig and cattle production.
