高校学生户籍档案管理现状分析与对策

摘　　要：结合高校学生户籍管理政策的变迁,分析了高校学生户籍档案管理工作的现状,认为存在着管理难度加大、业务性质模糊和服务功能繁杂等问题。提出了全面清点、核准基础数据,广泛宣传、强化法制意识,多方沟通、争取合作共赢,内涵提升、满足服务需求,专兼同训、健全从业队伍等建议。Combining the changes of the household registration management policy in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of the management of the household registration archives of university students. It is considered that there are many problems,such as more difficulty in management,fuzzy business nature,and complex service function. Some advices were presented,such as overall check and approval of basic data,widely publicizing and strengthening the awareness of the legal system,multiparty communication for win-win cooperation,improving the connotation and meeting the service demand,and special training for improving the working team.
