摘　　要：气象事业是科技型、基础性和服务性的社会事业。伴随着社会经济的快速发展,对气象服务的需求不断增加,我国亟须培养和造就大量适应现代气象业务需求的高素质人才。本文针对气象业务快速发展的现状,对加强气象师资队伍建设的问题进行探讨,提出了使气象教育更好地与气象业务相衔接的建设思路。Meteorological service is a social technological andpublic welfare undertakings. With rapid economic and social de-velopment and the growing demand of meteorological service,there is an urgent need to train and bring up a lot of high-caliberindividuals to adapt to the modern meteorological operations.How to strengthen the meteorological education construction andencourage meteorological education to engage with meteorologicaloperations were discussed in this paper.
