摘 要:[目的]调查上海市三级胸部专科医院肿瘤病区护士跨文化自我效能的现状水平,分析其跨文化自我效能的影响因素。[方法]采用跨文化护理自我效能量表(TSET)中文版,对上海市三级胸部专科医院504名胸部肿瘤病区护士进行现场调查。[结果]胸部专科医院肿瘤病区护士跨文化自我效能总均分为7.69分±1.42分,其中认知维度7.69分±1.71分,实践维度7.66分±1.58分,情感维度7.75分±1.58分;与上海市三级医院护士相比,跨文化自我效能认知维度及总均分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素方差分析显示不同英语水平、不同宗教信仰、不同文化程度、有无出国经历、不同护龄护士跨文化自我效能各维度得分及总均分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否参加人文课程在实践、情感维度及总分均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职称的护士在认知及实践维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步线形回归分析显示英语水平、宗教信仰、文化程度进入回归方程因素。[结论]上海市三级胸部专科医院的肿瘤病区护士跨文化自我效能总体优于三级医院水平,英语水平、宗教信仰、文化程度是专科医院护士跨文化护理自我效能的主要影响因素。Objective:To investigate the status quo of transcultural self-efficacy of nurses in tumor ward of Thoracis specialist hospitals in Shanghai city,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 504 nurses in third thoracic specialist hospitals in Shanghai city were investigated by the Chinese version of Transcultural Self-efficacy Scale(TSET).Results:The total transcultural self-efficacy score of tumor ward nurses in thoracic specialist hospitals was(7.69±1.42),of which the cognitive dimension was(7.69±1.71),the practice dimension was(7.66±1.58),and the emotional dimension was(7.75±1.58).The difference between the cognitive dimension and total score of transcultural self-efficacy of nurses in the third hospital in Shanghai was statistically significant(P<0.05).Single factor variance analysis showed that nurses with different English level,religious beliefs,degree of education,going abroad experience,and length of service had statistical significant difference in scores of cognitive dimension and total score of transcultural self-efficacy(P<0.05).Whether attending the humanities curriculum had statistically significant difference in scores of practice,the emotional dimension and total score(P<0.05).Different titles had statistically significant difference in the cognitive and practical dimension(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that English level,religious belief,and degree of education entering regression equation.Conclusions:The nurses' transcultural self-efficacy in the third thoracic specialist hospitals was superior to that in the third hospitals in Shanghai city.English level,religious beliefs and degree of education were the main influencing factors of nurses' transcultural self-efficacy.
