摘　　要：许多医院虽然对于妇科护理给予了极大关注,并不断改善护理条件,可是仍有着不少潜在的安全隐患,对护理安全产生很大的威胁,易于引起安全问题,使得医患之间会出现护患纷争。妇科护理过程中常见的护理安全隐患是机械性损伤、药物性损伤、患者身心状况变化而引起的安全隐患等。产生妇科护理安全隐患的主要原因是医院对于妇科护理安全工作没有足够的重视、医护人员的人力不足,经常出现各种失误,患者自身不配合治疗和护理,影响治疗的效果等。妇科护理安全隐患的主要应对策略是改善医院的护理条件、增强护理人员业务素质,并教育患者增强自身安全防范意识。Even though many hospitals pay great attention to the nursing in the department of gynecology and constantly improve the nursing conditions, there are many potential safety hidden dangers, seriously threatening the nursing safety, and it is easy to cause the safety problems and medical disputes. The common nursing safety hidden dangers in the nursing course in the nursing in the department of gynecology are mechanical injury, drug injury, and safety hidden dangers caused by the physical and mental changes of patients. The major causes of nursing safety hidden dangers in the department of gy-necology are lack of enough attention, insufficient human resources, various errors, not cooperation with the treatment and nursing, and the major countermeasures are improving the nursing conditions of hospitals, enhancing the business qualities of nursing staff and educating the patients to increase the self-safety prevention awareness.
