学习网与创业者创业能力——创业者乐观的调节作用

摘　　要："学习网"作为创业者社会网络下日益重要的子集,是创业者进行创业学习并获得创业能力的有效途径。基于学习网特征对创业能力的影响以及创业者乐观的调节作用的探讨,对398位创业者的调查数据进行了分析,实证研究发现"学习网"对创业能力各维度并非完全的显著正向影响,创业者乐观在"学习网"和创业能力间起着显著负向调节作用。As an increasingly important subset of entrepreneurs＇ social networks,learning network is an effective way for entrepreneurs to learn and gain entrepreneurial competency. The article analyzes 398 entrepreneursJ survey data based on the theoretical model of the influence of learning network characteristics on entrepreneurial competency and the adjust-ing role of entrepreneurs9 optimism. The empirical study finds that the influence of learning network on the dimensions of entrepreneurial competency isn91 completely positive and entrepreneurs ＊ optimism plays a significantly negative adjusting role between learning network and entrepreneurial competency.
