摘  要:目的分析眼球挫伤和伴眶爆裂性骨折者的眼部并发症的临床特征。方法对眼挫伤132例(134眼)的临床资料进行回顾性分析。记录患者的年龄、性别、发病原因和眼部并发症。所有患者行CT检查,根据是否有眼眶骨折分为两组:单纯眼挫伤组和眶爆裂性骨折组。结果患者男女性别比为4.74:1,年龄以21-50岁最多。单纯眼挫伤组共9l眼,其中合并眼部并发症者67眼(73.63%);眶爆裂性骨折组共43眼,其中合并眼部并发症者18眼(41.86%);单纯眼挫伤组眼部并发症高于眶爆裂性骨折组(P=0.000)。交通事故致伤的51眼中有38眼(74.51%)伴发眼部并发症,并发症发生率最高。结论眼挫伤患者以中青年男性为主,单纯眼挫伤组眼部并发症高于眶爆裂性骨折组,交通事故是引起眼部并发症的主要原因。Objective To analyse the clinical features of ocular complications due to contusion of eyeball and coexisted orbital blowout fracture caused by ocular contusion. Methods The data of 134 eyes of 132 patients of ocular contusion were retrospectively analyzed. The age, gender, cause and ocular complications were recorded. The patients received CT, according to whether combind with orbital wall fracture they were divided into two groups: the contusion of eyeball group and the orbital blowout fracture group. Results The ratio of male to female was 4.74: 1, the most age was 21-50 years. The ocular complication occurred in 67 eyes (73.63%) in the contusion of eyeball group and 18 eyes (41.86%) in the orbital blowout fracture group. The ocular complications in the ocular contusion of eyeball group were more than those in the orbital blowout fracture group (P = 0. 000). Traffic accident was the highest incidence of ocular complication in 38 eyes of 51 eyes (74.51%). Conclusion The ocular contusion are mainly young and middle-aged males. Ocular complications in the simple contusion of eyeball group are more than those in the orbital blowout fracture group, and traffic accident is the main cause of ocular complication.
