高校技术创新成果转化运行模式分析研究

摘　　要：高校作为国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,不仅要承担理论科学研究工作,更要推动科研成果的实际转化,将成果快速实现产业化。通过对典型国内外高校技术创新成果转化模式的对比分析,提出要促进国内高校技术创新成果转化,需要构建适合于高校技术创新成果转化的激励机制和评价制度,建立产学研结合的技术创新研究机制,搭建技术创新成果转化平台和组建专业经纪人队伍,对国内高校技术创新成果转化以及平衡经济协同发展有非常重要的作用和意义。Colleges and universities, as important parts not only undertake research of theoretical science, but of national science ＆ technology innovation system, also promote actual transformation of achievements in scientific research and realize industrialization of the achievements at a rapid pace. Under preconditions of their own fast development, colleges and universities still are to serve technical reformation and research ＆ development of new technological products of enterprises to elevate the scientific and technological content and thus make due contribution to industrial and economic upgrade and transformation. By comparison and analysis of transformation mode of typical technological innovation achievements of domestic and foreign colleges and universities, it has been found that to promote the transformation, it is needed to construct an incentive and appraisal system suitable for the transformation, establish a research mechanism for technological innovation integrating industry-university-research as a whole, build such a transformation platform and establish teams of professional agents. This is of important effect and significance to transformation of technological innovation achievements of domestic colleges and universities and balancing collaborative development of economy.
