文化可持续创业视角下中国民族旅游业发展研究

摘　　要：文化可持续创业理论以文化为核心,致力于活态文化的保护,选择维护和提升社区文化价值观及传统的创业方式,实现民族地区的社会、环境和经济平衡的可持续发展目标,为民族旅游业发展提供文化认知、文化保护及创业决策方面的启示。民族旅游业的文化可持续创业,可从建立评价体系、产业政策制度、加强社区赋权、注重民族文化教育等方面来实施。Sustainable cultural entrepreneurship takes culture as the core, devotes to protection of living culture, selects entrepreneurial ways of maintaining and raising values and traditions for community cul- ture, realizes sustainable development goals of minority areas on the aspects of society, environment and economic balance, and provides inspiration on the aspects of cultural recognition, cultural protection and entrepreneurial decision-making for developing tourism in minority areas. Sustainable cultural entrepreneur- ship of tourism in minority areas may be implemented on such aspects as establishing appraisal system and policy ＆ regulations of the industry, strengthening authorization to communities and focusing on ethnic cul- tural education.
