摘　　要：以高校图书馆女馆员为研究对象,依据快乐模型推导和建立快乐心理乘数,并据此构建相应的心理评价指标体系,分析影响女馆员积极心理和消极心理的因素,根据快乐模型和心理分析体系,从消极心态防范和积极心态培养角度,提出改善高校图书馆女馆员心理状况的对策。Taking the female librarian of university libraries as the research object, this paper uses the happiness model to calculate and build the happy psychological multiplier, and constructs the corresponding psy- chological index system to analyze the factor that affects the positive psychological and negative psy- chology of the female librarian. According to the happiness model and psychological analysis system, it puts forward some countermeasures to improve the psychological status of university female librarians both from the negative attitude prevention and positive attitude training.
