摘  要:学科建设是医院发展的重要基石,通过探索建立较为完善评估体系,制定科学、量化的评估方案,包括学科发展、学术影响、人才梯队、医疗技术、教学能力、科研能力、学术交流等多方面的评价指标,通过详细、客观的量化评价指标,达到了对医院学科发展评价的科学性、公平性、普适性和可及性。结合对各学科的综合评价结果给与层级、力度不同的激励措施与扶持政策,激发学科带头人和学科团队的创新力和凝聚力,引领学科有目标、有规划、可持续的快速发展。Academic discipline construction is an important cornerstone in a hospital's development. The objectives of this study were to explore a better evaluation system and to work out a scientific and quantified evaluation scheme,which included evaluation indexes like discipline development,academic influence,talents team,medical technology,teaching capacity,researching capacity,academic exchange and so on. The scientific,fair,universal and available evaluations of hospitals' discipline development would be achieved with the use of these specific and objective indexes. Different incentives and supportive policies were offered,according to overall evaluation results of all disciplines,to stimulate the creativity and cohesion of a team and the leader of this discipline so that it enjoyed a well-planned,sustainable and high-speed development with objectives.
