摘　　要：如何统筹协调集中连片特殊困难地区矿产资源开发与生态环境保护之间的关系，合理有序开发矿产资源，是当前实施开发式扶贫过程中迫切需要研究和解决的关键问题之一，也是贫困地区可持续发展的保障。文章以乌蒙山片区为研究对象，采用矿产资源丰度指数对该区县级尺度矿产资源丰裕程度进行了评价，构建了包含生态功能重要性和生态敏感性两项指标的生态环境指数并进行了分县评价，然后根据矿产资源丰度与生态环境指数的空间耦合关系，采用判别分析法将结果分为四类，并针对各类别提出了差别化的矿产资源开发与生态环境协调发展建议，以期为我国扶贫开发管理提供决策支撑。How to coordinate the relationship between the development of mineral resources and the protection of ecological environment in the concentrated contiguous special difficult areas, and the development of mineral resources in a reasonable and orderly manner is one of the key problems urgently needed to be studied and solved in the process of developing poverty alleviation, and it is also the guarantee of sustainable development in poverty-stricken areas. In this study, we take Wumeng Mountain area as the research object, the degree of mineral resources abundance was evaluated by using the mineral resource abundance index in the County-level administrative unit. At the same time, the ecological environment index, which includes the importance of ecological function and ecological sensitivity, was constructed and evaluated by county. Finally, according to the spatial coupling relationship between mineral resource abundance and ecological environ ment index, discriminant analysis is used to classify the results into four categories, and different kinds of mineral resources development and ecological environment coordinated development proposals are put forward for each category, with a view to China＇s poverty alleviation and development management to provide decision support.
