云南省实习护生对癌症患者姑息护理认知现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解云南省实习护生姑息护理认知现状,为开展姑息护理教育及姑息护理实践提供理论依据。方法:采用调查问卷(包括一般资料、姑息护理知识、学习姑息护理知识的态度、姑息护理行为问卷4部分)对2016年在云南省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院实习的护理实习生226人进行调查。结果:护生姑息护理知识问卷平均正确率为40.07%;不同年龄、不同学历实习护生姑息护理知识、行为方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同年龄、不同学历实习护士学习姑息护理态度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同民族、不同宗教信仰、本人及家人是否得过重大疾病、与朋友是否谈论过死亡对实习护士姑息护理认知现况差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:云南省实习生对姑息护理知识掌握程度较低;对学习姑息护理态度及姑息护理行为实施较好。Objective: To understand the cognition status of palliative care of practice nurse in Yunnan Province,and to provide theoretical basis for carrying out palliative care education and palliative care practice. Methods: To use questionnaires( including general information,palliative care knowledge,learning palliative care knowledge attitude,palliative care behavior questionnaires 4 parts) to investigate 226 nursing interns who had internships in a tertiary hospital in Yunnan Province in 2016. Results: The average correct rate of nursing interns' palliative care knowledge questionnaire was 40. 07%; there were statistical significance in palliative care knowledge and behavior among nursing interns with different ages and degrees( P < 0. 05),but there was no statistical significance in learning palliative care attitude among nursing interns with different ages and degrees( P > 0. 05); and there was no statistical significance in cognition status of palliative care among nurses of different nationalities,religious beliefs,whether they had suffered major diseases and whether they had talked about death with friends( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The degree of mastering palliative care knowledge was low practice nurse in Yunnan Province,and the learning attitude of palliative care and the implementation behavior of palliative care were better.
