摘 要:以8.5mm厚的钢板为基层,以橡胶为阻尼层;以铝蜂窝板为约束层,采用锤击振动法,研究了-20~40℃温度范围内橡胶性能、约束层厚度、阻尼层厚度对约束阻尼结构阻尼性能的影响.结果表明:阻尼层橡胶材料的性能对约束阻尼结构的共振频率和结构损耗因子均有明显的影响,通过调节橡胶材料的有效阻尼温域来设计约束阻尼结构的有效阻尼温域具有显著的效果.约束层厚度为6,10,15mm时,随着约束层厚度的增加,约束阻尼试样的共振频率和结构损耗因子依次增大;阻尼层厚度为0.8,1.6,2.4,3.2mm时,约束阻尼结构的结构损耗因子随着阻尼层厚度增加而增大.When the constraint damping structures were made by armor plate which was 8. 5 mm thickness, rubber and aluminum honeycomb sandwich panels, the damping properties of the constraint damping structures were tested by the impact test method in the temperature ranging from -20 to 40℃. The results show that the properties of the rubber observably influence the vibration frequencies and the structure loss factors of the constraint damping structure. Consequently designing the damping properties of the constraint damping structure by changing rubber's properties is an availability test method. When the thickness of the constraint layer were 6, 10 and 15 mm, the vibration frequencies and the structure loss factors of the constraint damping structure was increasing with the increasing of the thickness. The structure loss factor of the constraint damping structure was increasing with the increasing of the thickness of the damping layer in the range of 0. 8 to 3.2mm.
