摘　　要：针灸治疗周围性面瘫的显著疗效是被世界公认的,但是对于周围性面瘫后遗症采用单纯的针灸疗法往往不能取得满意的疗效。路绍祖教授是全国名老中医、贵州省针灸名家,在对周围性面瘫后遗症的治疗中采用普通针刺配合头针,重视背腧穴的运用以调节脏腑功能,加强对患者的心理辅导及康复训练的综合疗法。这种针灸的综合疗法在临床上治疗效果明显,治疗思路值得学习。Efficacy of acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis is recognized by the world.While acupuncture alone cannot achieve satisfactory results.Professor Lu Shaozu,the TCM master,acupuncture masters in Guizhou province,treats diseases by ordinary acupuncture with the scalp acupuncture,and pays more attention on the application of back acupoints to regulate the function of organs,and strengthens the psychological counseling and rehabilitation of patients with comprehensive therapy.This comprehensive treatment of acupuncture in clinic is obviously effective,and is worth learning.
