摘　　要：目的:分析针刺结合康复治疗脑血管疾病后遗症抑郁患者的效果。方法:以84例脑血管疾病后遗症抑郁患者为研究对象,电脑随机分为实验组与对照组,各42例。对照组接受常规治疗,实验组给予针刺结合康复治疗,对比治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,组间SDS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合康复治疗脑血管疾病后遗症抑郁疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the efect of acupuncture with rehabilitation on depression from cerebrovascular disease. Methods： 84 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. The control group received conventional treatment; the experimental group took acupuncture with rehabilitation treatment. Results： The total efciency in the experimental group was higher （P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference of SDS scores between groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture with rehabilitation on depression from cerebrovascular disease is efective, and is worth promoting.
