穴位注射治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫30例

摘　　要：目的:观察丹红注射液穴位注射对脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫的影响。方法:选择60例患者作为实验研究对象,并采用随机平均分组法分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用丹红注射液穴位注射同时配合常规康复训练进行治疗,对照组仅采用常规康复训练。穴位注射与康复训练均每日1次,连续治疗10d为一个疗程,两组均接受3个疗程的治疗。于治疗开始前及结束后同一时间对两组患者行改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表评分,采用统计学工具对比治疗前后及组间评分。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为86.67%、66.67%,两组患者治疗有效率对比,差异显著,具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液穴位注射同时配合常规康复训练能显著降低脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者的肌张力,治疗效果较单纯康复训练效果明显提升,可作为临床治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫的综合性举措推广实施。Objective： To observe clinical efects of the Danhong injection on spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods： 60 cases were selected as experimental subjects and were divided into the treatment group and control group by random average grouping method. The treatment group received the Danhong injection with conventional rehabilitation training. The control group received routine rehabilitation training. Acupoint injection and rehabilitation training are once a day, and a course of treatment lasted for 10 days. Both groups received 3 courses. Results： Clinical efciency in the treatment group and the control group were 86.67% and 66.67% respectively, and there was a signifcant diference between the groups in clinical efciency （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Danhong injection with routine rehabilitation training can significantly reduce muscle tension in patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke. The effects were obviously improved compared with pure rehabilitation training, can be used as a comprehensive promotion of clinical treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.
