三维适形放疗联合培美曲塞治疗老年晚期非鳞型肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨三维适形放疗联合培美曲塞治疗老年晚期非鳞型肺癌的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2017年2月收治的40例老年晚期非鳞型肺癌患者随机划分为对照组与试验组各20例,两组均给予三维适形放疗,其中试验组患者则另外联合培美曲塞进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后两组CEA与CA125水平较治疗前均有所好转,组间相比发现试验组CEA与CA125水平远低于对照组,差异对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组治疗期间不良反应发生率对比无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:三维适形放疗联合培美曲塞治疗老年晚期非鳞型肺癌近期疗效可观,且用药安全性高,有效延长患者生存期,值得推广应用。Objectives: To explore the effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy plus pemetrexed on advanced non squamous lung cancer in the elderly. Methods: 40 elderly patients with advanced non squamous lung cancer treated in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, both groups received three dimensional conformal radiotherapy; the experimental group received extra pemetrexed treatment. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group and after treatment. The CEA and CA125 levels in two groups were better than those before treatment; CEA and CA125 in the experimental group was significantly lower than those in the control group; the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. During the treatment,there was no statistical significance difference in the adverse reaction rate, P>0.05. Conclusion: Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy plus pemetrexed had significant a short term effect on advanced non squamous lung cancer in the elderly. The safety of drugs was high and the survival time of the patients was prolonged effectively, which was worth popularizing and applying.
