摘 要:针对CRH3型动车组牵引逆变器绝缘栅双极型晶体管开路问题,提出一种新型基于模型的动车组牵引逆变器开路故障诊断方法。利用键合图对非线性的牵引逆变器进行建模;依据键合图模型,推导出符合能量守恒的系统行为约束方程;基于系统行为约束方程,利用最小二乘法对系统当前行为进行辨识;通过比较系统的实际行为以及预期行为,产生故障识别向量,从而对开路IGBT进行识别和定位。仿真试验表明,本文所提方法能够对单个IGBT开路以及两个IGBT同时开路故障情况进行准确、实时地检测和定位。To address the open circuit faults of insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)in CRH3 high-speed electric multiple unit(EMU)traction inverters,a novel model-based diagnosis method was proposed.The nonlinear traction inverter was modeled by the bond graph,based on which,a system behavior constraint equation conforming to conservation of energy was derived.Based on the system behavior constraint equation,the current behavior of the system was identified by the least squares method.By comparing the the actual behavior as well as the expected behavior of the system,the fault identification vector was produced and the fault IGBT was recognized.The simulation results show that this method can detect and locate the faults correctly and quickly under the single IGBT open circuit fault case and multiple IGBT open circuit fault cases.
