摘 要:目的以2,3,4-三羟基苯甲醛和4-氨基水杨酸为前体,合成2,3,4-三羟基苯甲醛缩4-氨基水杨酸希夫碱。方法采用回流方法得到产物,对产物进行紫外、红外和核磁的表征和使用荧光光谱进行性质研究。结果通过荧光光谱法研究HL与牛血清蛋白(BSA)之间存在的相互作用,研究它的猝灭机制,以及HL与BSA在不同温度下相互作用的结合常数Ka,结合位点数n以及热力学参数,以及HL与BSA之间作用的主要作用力。结论 HL与BSA的猝灭机制为静态猝灭,结合位点为1,范德华力和氢键是HL与BSA之间作用的主要作用力。Objective To synthesize 2,3,4-trihydroxybenzaldehyde and 4-aminosalicylic acid Schiff base with 2,3,4-trihydroxybenzaldehyde and 4-aminosalicylic acid as the raw materials.Methods The products were obtained by reflux,and the products were characterized by UV-Vis,FTIR,and NMR.The properties of the products were determined by fluorescence spectroscopy.Results The interaction between HL and BSA was determined by fluorescence spectroscopy.The quenching mechanism,the binding constant Ka of interaction between HL and BSA at different temperatures,the number of binding sites n,and the main forces acting between HL and BSA were examined.Conclusion The quenching mechanism of HL and BSA is static quenching with the binding site of 1.Van der Waals force and hydrogen bond are the main forces acting between HL and BSA.
