摘 要:目的研究膳食实物宣教对住院糖尿病患者饮食行为的影响。方法选择与校企合作医院(无锡市新安医院)于2016年3月—2017年2月间收治的102例住院糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将患者划分为研究组与常规组各51例,为研究组患者提供膳食实物宣教护理干预,为常规组患者提供传统健康宣教模式,评价两组患者对疾病知识掌握度评分,饮食习惯表现。结果研究组患者对饮食相关知识掌握评分均优于常规组(t=38.778、33.553、42.849、37.152,P<0.05)。研究组患者经护理干预后,坚持清淡饮食百分比优于常规组(χ~2=19.851,P<0.05);高盐饮食、高脂饮食、挑食及喜零食等百分比均低于常规组(χ~2=6.779、6.219、7.832、5.850,P<0.05)。结论采用膳食实物宣教模式可规范住院糖尿病患者饮食行为,提高患者饮食相关知识掌握度。Objective To research the effect of diet food education on the dieting behavior of inpat ients with diabetes. Methods 102 cases of inpat ients with diabetes admitted and treated in school enterprise cooperation hospital (Xin'an hospital in Wuxi) from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each, the research group adopted the diet food education nursing intervention, while the routine group adopted the traditional health education model, and the disease knowledge mastery degree score and dieting habits performance of the two groups were evaluated. Results The mastery score of dieting relevant knowledge in the research group was better than that in the routine group(t=38.778, 33.553, 42.849, 37.152, P〈0.05), after nursing intervention, the percentage of insisting on bland diet was better than that in the routine group (X^2=19.851, P〈0.05); and the percentages of high salt diet, high fat diet, finicky eater and being fond of snacks were lower than those in the routine group (X^2= 6.779,6.219,7.832,5.850, P〈0.05). Conclusion The diet food education mode can standardize the dieting behavior of inpat ients with diabetes and improve the mastery degree of diet related knowledge.
