摘 要:城市土地集约化,地块功能多样化快速发展趋势促使更多城市综合体涌现,因综合体内不同功能用地错时停车及多目的出行的泊位共享特性,停车总需求可适当减少;本文通过停车调查,考虑不同功能用地停车需求时间变化的差异性、出行者同一行程内访问城市综合体内不同功能用地的数量以及不同功能用地的泊位供给形式三个方面,结合区位系数及目标年停车需求变化系数修正,建立城市综合体共享停车需求预测模型,该模型能较好地反映综合体实际停车需求,为城市综合体的停车配建提供方法依据。The rapid development trend of intensified urban land and diversified plots has led to the emergence of more urban complexes. Due to the sharing characteristics of berths with wrong-time parking and multipurpose excursions for different functional areas during the year, the total parking demand can be reduced appropriately. In this paper, through investigation, considering the difference of time variation of parking demand for different functions, the number of different function sites visited by travelers on the same trip in the same trip, and the supply form of berths for different functional sites,combined with the location coefficient and the modification of the change coefficient of parking demand in the target year, a forecast model of shared parking demand in urban complex is established. The model can reflect the actual parking demand of complex and provide the method basis for parking complex in urban complex.
