基于导师制的大学创新创业教师队伍的培育

摘　　要：高素质的创新创业教师既是创新创业教育开展的重要基础,也是提升大学生创新创业能力的重要保障。导师制作为组织中培养人才的一种重要方式,对于人才质量的提升具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。通过问卷调查法对大学导师制的调节作用进行实证分析,验证了导师指导行为对学生情感反应、学习能力、思维能力以及导师的职业发展、获得奖励的机会具有正向调节作用,并在此基础上探索了为大学创新创业教师建立导师制的实践路径,以期拓展有关大学创新创业教师培养研究的视野。High-quality innovative entrepreneurship is not only an important foundation for innovation and entrepreneurship education,but also an important guarantee for enhancing the creative and entrepreneurial ability of college students.Tutorial system is an important way to cultivate talents in the organization,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of the quality of talented people.This paper empirically analyzes the regulatory role of the university tutorial system by questionnaire,and verifies that the guidance behavior of the tutor has a positive regulatory effect on students＇ emotional reactions,learning ability,thinking ability,mentor＇s career development and rewards opportunities.On the basis of this,the practical way of establishing tutorial system for university innovation and entrepreneurship teachers was explored in order to expand the field of vision about how to cultivate and research university innovation and entrepreneurship teachers.
