摘  要:评估结果表明,在美国堪萨斯州、密苏里州、阿拉巴马州等开展的品格教育项目成效显著,并形成了一些行之有效的做法,如成立项目指导委员会,对美德达成共识,培训教师领导力,鼓励学生投入和思考,使用不同教学工具,形成人人参与氛围。美国品格教育项目有法制保障和评估指标体系,各方对项目内容和方法达成共识。As is shown by the assessment, the character education programs carried out in Kansas, Missouri, Alabama, etc., are obviously effective and some practical and useful steps have been taken, such as establishing program guidance committee, reaching agreement on the definition of morality, training teacher leadership,encouraging students,involvement and reflection, using various teaching tools, and creating an atmosphere of overall participation. American character education programs have legal assurance and assessment index system, with agreement reached on the contents and measures of the programs by all the parties concerned.
