摘　　要：四神聪穴为经外奇穴,为临床常用穴位,根据国内外的文献和著作记载,该穴已广泛应用于治疗神志病、睡眠障碍、颈椎病、脑血管病等多种疾病。本研究就国内外文献和著作对四神聪穴的作用机制以及临床试验进行分析总结,从改善脑微循环、影响睡眠相关的因子、调节神经兴奋性等方面对四神聪穴的作用机制进行初步的探讨。在今后的实验设计中,应紧密结合现代的技术手段,引用先进的检测指标,从而进一步发掘四神聪穴的作用机制以及临床适应症,为更合理的将四神聪穴应用于临床提供理论依据。EX-HN1,as commonly used extraordinary points,is widely applied in mental diseases,sleep disorders,cervical diseases,and cerebrovascular diseases according to domestic and foreign literature and books.This study summarized the action mechanism and clinical trials,it preliminarily explored the action mechanism of EX-HN1 in terms of improving cerebral microcirculation,influencing sleep related factors,and regulating nerve excitability. For the experimental design in the future,it should be closely combined with modern technology,advanced detection reference index,in order to further explore the action mechanism and clinical indications of EX-HN1,thus to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of EX-HN1.
