国外医学生生命教育的特点及启示

摘　　要：国外的医学生生命教育主要通过课堂教学渗透生命教育理论,通过体验式教学促进人文关怀,通过社会组织促进政策支持,通过公众参与凸显现实需求。国内则以通识生命教育为基点、以医学专业课程为载体、以多种组织形式为媒介、以科学研究为教育促进途径。国内医学生生命教育普遍存在专门课程内容不足、教学过程监管不力、评价指标体系尚不健全、远期效果评价困难等问题。具体改进策略为深入挖掘课程内容、合理设计教学环节、构建科学的教学评价体系、深入开展生命教育理论与实践研究。Foreign life education of medical student mainly takes classroom teaching to permeate the theory of life education,promotes humanitic care through experiential teaching,highlights real needs through public participation.In China,it is taking the general life education as a starting point,medical professional courses as a carrier,a variety of organizational forms as a medium,and scientific research as the way to promote education.The following problems exist in the domestic life education of medical student,including less medical humanities content in specialized course,poor supervision of the teaching process,imperfect evaluation system,difficulty of longterm effect evaluation,etc.Specific improvement strategies are proposed,such as further developing course content,designing sound teaching process,constructing a scientific teaching evaluation system,and carrying out the theory and practice of life education.
