嵌体冠及全冠联合固位固定桥修复对低颌龈径基牙牙列缺损患者咀嚼功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究嵌体冠及全冠联合固位固定桥修复对低颌龈径基牙牙列缺损患者咀嚼功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年7月~2016年8月我院低颌龈径基牙牙列缺损患者46例,依照治疗方法不同分组,各23例。对照组以传统双端全段固定桥修复治疗,观察组以嵌体冠及全冠联合固位固定桥修复治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后咀嚼功能及生活质量(SF-36)。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率95.65%(22/23)高于对照组65.22%(15/23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组咬牙合力、咀嚼效率、SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论嵌体冠及全冠联合固位固定桥修复对低颌龈径基牙牙列缺损患者疗效显著,能显著改善其咀嚼功能,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the efect of the inlay crown and the full crown combined with the fxed bridge restoration on the masticatory function and the quality of life in patients with dentition defect of low jaw gingival abutment teeth. Methods From July 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital, 46 cases of dentition defect of low jaw gingival abutment teeth were grouped according to the diferent treatment methods, 23 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the traditional double-end intact fxed bridge restoration, and the observation group was treated with the inlay crown and the full crown combined with the fxed bridge restoration. The efcacy, the masticatory function and the quality of life （SF-36） before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total efective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group [95.65% （22/23）] was higher than that of the control group [65.22% （15/23）]. The diferences were statistically signifcant（P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the bite force, chewing efciency and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The diferences were statistically signifcant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efect of the inlay crown and the full crown combined with the fxed bridge restoration in patients with dentition defect of low jaw gingival abutment teeth is signifcant. It can signifcantly improve the masticatory function and improve the quality of life.
