摘 要:目的探讨微创拔牙结合牙龈成形术在义齿美观修复中的应用效果。方法将2016年2月至2016年12月我院收治的90例因单颗患牙病变需拔牙患者按拔牙方式的不同分为微创组(n=45)与常规组(n=45),微创组行微创拔牙术,并在术后安装临时义齿;常规组行常规拔牙术。对比两组龈缘与牙槽突形态改变情况。结果微创组患者龈缘形态呈现扇贝状比例为95.56%(43/45),明显高于常规组82.22%(37/45),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);微创组患者牙槽突形态A级率为77.78%(35/45),明显高于常规组26.67%(12/45),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在义齿美观修复中应用微创拔牙结合牙龈成形术可有效保留牙龈的正常状态与牙槽骨骨量,同时降低对牙周组织的损伤程度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application efect of minimally invasive tooth extraction combined with gingivoplasty in denture repair. Methods 90 patients with single diseased tooth lesion needed tooth extraction in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2016 were selected, and they were divided into minimally invasive group (n=45) and routine group (n=45) by tooth extraction methods. Minimally invasive group was given minimally invasive tooth extraction, and they were given temporary denture after surgery; routine group was given routine tooth extraction. The changes of gingival margin and alveolar process shape were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of scalloped gingival margin in minimally invasive group was 95.56% (43/45), which was higher than 82.22% (37/45) in routine group (P〈0.05); The A-level rate of alveolar process shape in minimally invasive group was 77.78% (35/45), which was higher than 26.67% (12/45) in routine group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive tooth extraction combined with gingivoplasty in denture repair can effectively retain normal gum status and amount of alveolar bone, decrease periodontal tissue injury, which is worthy of promotion.
