精氨酸预防牙齿漂白术中牙齿敏感的临床效果

摘　　要：目的了解牙齿漂白术中行精氨酸疗法对患者牙齿敏感现象的预防作用。方法选择85例需漂白牙齿并于2014年12月至2017年07月进入本院口腔科的患者,均施予牙齿漂白疗法,并随机分组:A组43例在防敏感工作中施予精氨酸疗法,B组42例未施予防敏感疗法,再对两组病例牙齿敏感问题发生情况、牙齿敏感状况作综合评定。结果 A组43例中有3例(6.98%)存在牙齿敏感问题,B组42例中有19例(45.24%),(P<0.05);A组漂白后1d时敏感性(1.00±0.26),漂白后3d时为(0.90±0.11),优于B组的(2.81±0.70)及(2.19±0.46),(P<0.05)。结论对于接受牙齿漂白疗法者,为防止其牙齿发生敏感问题,需酌情用药精氨酸,以促使机体牙齿漂亮质量的升高,推荐优先选用。Objective To investigate the preventive efect of arginine therapy on dental sensitivity in patients undergoing dental bleaching. Methods 85 cases of patients for bleaching teeth from December 2014 to 2017 07 months into the Department of stomatology in our hospital, were administered to the tooth bleaching therapy, and randomly divided into 4 groups： A group and 43 cases in the anti sensitive work to arginine therapy, B group and 42 cases without giving anti allergic therapy, two groups of case sensitive teeth occurrence, sensitive teeth condition assessment. Results In A group, 43 cases in 3 patients （6.98% teeth） are sensitive issues, B group of 42 cases in 19 cases （45.24%）, （P 〈 0.05）; A group at 1D after bleaching （1 ＋ 0.26）, the sensitivity of 3D for bleaching （0.90 ＋ 0.11）, better than that of B group （2.81 ＋ 0.70） and （2.19 ＋ 0.46） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In order to prevent the teeth from sensitive problems, it is necessary to use arginine as appropriate to improve the quality of teeth.
