摘　　要：论文针对气象图像传输的实际需求,以北斗通信网络为例,设计和实现了低带宽网络环境下的气象图像ROI压缩及交错显示算法。该算法采用Google图像压缩格式Webp,结合用户自定义的ROI区域,主动减小图像高分辨区域范围,并以ROI区域为中心,对非ROI区域进行阶梯式压缩,在传输中赋予优先级属性,配合专用交错显示算法,逐级重构显示图像,最终压缩率达60%以上,降低用户等待时间60%以上,且此算法也适用于其它低带宽网络。In this paper,aiming at the actual demand of meteorological image transmission and the Bei Dou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)communication network as an example,the ROI compression and staggered display algorithm for meteorological images in low bandwidth network environment is designed and implemented. The algorithm uses the Google image compression format Webp,combined with the user-defined ROI area,and actively reduces the high-resolution area of the image. The ROI area is used as the center,the non-ROI region is scaled. The priority attribute is given in the transmission. With the special staggered display algorithm,the image can be reconstructed step by step. The final compression rate is more than 60%,reducing the user waiting time is more than 60%. This algorithm is also applicable to other low-bandwidth network.
