摘　　要：当前,创新型人才是社会发展的核心竞争力,高校是培育人才的摇篮。图书馆作为高校的一部分,同样肩负着重要的责任。文章简单介绍了信息共享空间的概念、构成,并从制定科学的管理制度、定期开展各类培训、加强资源建设、合理布局空间4个方面协助高校培养创新型人才。At present, innovative talents are the core competitiveness for the development of society, and universities are the cradle of talent cultivation. Library, as a part of the university, bears the significant responsibility of training and cultivating qualified talents for national development. The paper first makes a brief introduction of the concept and constitution of the information commons, and then assists university in cultivating innovative talents by making formulating scientific management system, carrying out various training on a regular basis, strengthening the construction of resources, arranging reasonable space layout.
