摘　　要：通过"211工程""985工程"、优势学科平台建设、"2011创新计划"等,我国一流大学建设之路不断向前推进,高等教育整体水平和竞争力有了很大的提升。"双一流"建设把我国一流大学建设引向一个崭新的发展阶段。作为我国高等教育的一支重要力量,行业特色研究型大学在"双一流"建设中承担着实现国家发展战略目标和自身发展目标的历史责任。在建设一流大学的过程中,我国行业特色研究型大学应科学合理定位,紧紧围绕依靠行业办学的思路,依托传统优势学科,以建设一流学科为引领,带动学校整体跨越发展,实现"双一流"建设目标。Through the ＂211 Project＂, ＂985 Project＂, 985 innovation platform for superiority subject, and ＂2011 Innovation Plan＂, the construction of first-class universities in China has been moving forward continuously, and the overall level and competitiveness of education have been greatly improved. ＂Double World-classes＂ construction leads to a new stage of development of China＇s first-class universities. As an important force in China＇s higher education, the industry characteristic research university undertakes the historical responsibility to realize the goals of national and its own development. In the process of building first-class universities, the industry characteristics research university of our country should have scientific and reasonable positioning, rely on the idea of running schools closely, rely on the traditional dominant discipline, take the construction of first-class subject as the guide,promote the overall development of the school, so as to achieve the goal of ＂Double World-classes＂ construction.
