摘　　要："互联网+"时代,E化教育和教育服务网络体系成为未来人才培养的发展趋势。传统的教育模式存在专业固定、课堂固定和一成不变的考核方式已经不能适应网络时代教育发展的需求等问题。此外,传统模式培养的人才实践创新能力薄弱、知识体系滞后,已经成为社会飞速发展的瓶颈。针对上述问题,研究了基于"互联网+"的开放式教学平台内涵、构成、功能和运作流程;在此基础上,提出了解决人才开放式培养平台的运行机制,促进了人才培养效率和效益,为人才培养模式改革创新提供借鉴。In the "Internet Plus" Era,E-education and education service network system has become the developmental trend for future talent cultivation.There are problems in traditional education model such as fixed specialty,fixed classroom and fixed examination model which cannot meet the needs for the development of education in the network era.Moreover,weak practice innovation ability and outdated knowledge system of the talents cultivated by the traditional model have become the bottleneck of the rapid social development.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the connotation,composition,function and operation flow of the open teaching platform based on "Internet Plus" and puts forward collaborative training mechanism of the platform to promote the efficiency and benefits of talent training and provide reference for talent training mode reform and innovation.
