摘 要:结合磁流变液和磁流变弹性体的特性,提出了一种能同时调节刚度和阻尼的汽车半主动悬架系统及其控制策略。首先设计该悬架的大体结构并说明其工作原理,然后建立半主动悬架的控制模型,最后基于李亚普洛夫稳定性理论设计该悬架的半主动控制策略。仿真结果表明,所设计的半主动控制算法可以有效地抑制车身振动,且悬架动挠度保持在一定的范围内。此外,该策略实现了系统与参考模型的速度差和位移差同时为零的突破。Combined with the properties of magnetorheological fluid and magnetorrheological elastomer,a semiactive suspension system and its control strategy which can adjust the stiffness and damping simultaneously was presented. Firstly,the structure of the suspension was designed and its working principle was explained. Then the control model of the semi-active suspension was established. Finally,the semi-active control strategy of the suspension was designed based on the Lyapunov stability theory. The research results show that the designed semi-active control algorithm can effectively suppress the vibration of the vehicle body and keep the dynamic deflection of the suspension within a certain range. In addition,the strategy implements a breakthrough in making the differences of velocity and displacement between the system and reference model be equal to zero.
