Twist、p53蛋白在成釉细胞瘤肿瘤组织中表达情况及与病理学分型的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨扭曲基因(Twist)蛋白、p53蛋白在成釉细胞瘤中的表达水平及与病理特征的关系。方法选取2014年2月至2017年3月病理科保存的成釉细胞瘤标本57例(观察组),选用牙源性角化囊肿40例作为对照组。采用免疫组化染色法检测Twist和p53表达情况。观察比较两组患者Twist和p53蛋白阳性表达率,分析Twist和p53蛋白表达与临床病理特征的关系及Twist与p53蛋白表达的相关性。结果观察组Twist和p53蛋白阳性表达率为80.70%和71.93%,明显高于对照组的5.00%和7.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Twist表达与成釉细胞瘤患者年龄、性别、肿瘤分类无明显关系(P>0.05);单囊型成釉细胞瘤Twist阳性表达率为47.06%,明显低于滤泡型和丛状型的95.24%和94.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);p53表达与成釉细胞瘤患者年龄、性别、肿瘤分类、病理分型无明显关系(P>0.05);Twist与p53蛋白呈正相关(rs=0.288,P<0.05)。结论成釉细胞瘤Twist、凋亡蛋白p53呈高表达,Twist与p53蛋白呈正相关,其中Twist表达与病理分型有一定关系,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of twisted gene(Twist) protein,p53 protein in ameloblastoma.Methods From February 2014 to March 2017,57 cases of ameloblastoma preserved in the pathology department of our hospital(observation group) were selected,and 40 cases of odontogenic keratosis were selected as the control group.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Twist and p53.The positive expression rate of Twist and p53 in the two groups were observed and compared.To analyze the relationship between the expression of Twist and p53 protein and clinicopathological characteristics,and the correlation between Twist and p53 protein expression.Results The positive rate of Twist and p53 in the observation group were 80.70% and 71.93%,significantly higher than 5.00% and7.50% in the control group(P < 0.05).The expression of Twist was not related to the age,sex and tumor classification of ameloblastoma(P> 0.05).The positive rate of Twist expression in single cystic ameloblastoma was 47.06%,which were significantly lower than that of follicular and plexiform type 95.24% and 94.74%(P < 0.05).The expression of p53 was not related to the age,sex,tumor classification of ameloblastoma and pathological typing(P > 0.05).There was a positive correlation between Twist and p53 protein(rs= 0.288,P < 0.05).Conclusion Twist is highly expressed in ameloblastoma,and its expression is related to pathological classification and apoptosis protein p53,and deserves further study.
