消石利胆胶囊与熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗慢性胆固醇结石性胆囊炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:观察消石利胆胶囊与熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗慢性胆固醇结石性胆囊炎的疗效。方法:选取慢性胆固醇结石性胆囊炎患者88例,依据随机综合序贯法分为观察组和对照组各44例,对照组予熊去氧胆酸胶囊10 mg/kg,少量温开水送服。观察组消石利胆胶囊1.2g/次,3次/d,口服。比较两组疗效、疼痛情况、胆囊壁厚度。结果:治疗前两组患者疼痛情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为84.09%,高于对照组的65.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组胆囊壁厚度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组胆囊壁厚度均较治疗前减小(P<0.05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在慢性胆囊炎的治疗中应用消石利胆胶囊治疗的效果优于熊去氧胆酸胶囊,且安全性好。Objective： To observe efficacy of Xiaoshi Lidan capsules and Ursodeoxycholic acid capules in treatment of chroniccholesterol gallstone cholecystitis. Methods： 88 patients with chronic cholesterol gallstone cholecystitis were selected and divided intothe observation group and the control group according to randomly and comprehensively sequential method, 44 cases in each group. Thecontrol group was given Ursodeoxycholic acid capules 10mg / kg through a small amount of warm boiled water, while the observationgroup orally took Xiaoshi Lidan capsules 1. 2g / time and 3 times / d. The clinical efficacies, pain and thickness of the gallbladder wallwere analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results： There was no significant difference in pain condition between the twogroups before the treatment （P〉0. 05）. After the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group （84. 09%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （65. 91%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in thethickness of the gallbladder wall before the treatment. After the treatment, the thicknessof the gallbladder wall of the two groups decreased, and the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： Xiaoshi Lidan capsules in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis are better than Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules, and its safety is good.
