摘　　要：毕业设计教学质量的优劣将直接关系到学生能否在毕业后短时间内适应工作岗位要求。通过分析影响机械专业本科毕业设计质量的因素,依据地方高校机械专业应用型人才培养特点,提出将毕业设计起点前移、指导教师团队合作指导机制、多层次选题和分类指导毕业设计的具体方法和措施,以达到有效地提高毕业设计质量的目的,旨在为地方高校机械专业的毕业设计改革提供借鉴。The quality of graduation design will directly relate to whether students can adapt to job requirements within a short time after graduation. According to the analysis of the factors that affect the quality of undergraduate graduation design of mechanical specialty and the characteristics of the cultivation of applied talents of mechanical specialty at local colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the following aspects: graduation design starting earlier, guidance team coordination mechanism, multi-level selection and classification guidance graduation design. So the quality of graduation design can be improved effectively and our work can provide a reference of machinery professional graduation design reform for the local university.
