摘　　要：首先界定高校干部队伍的概念,将其外延扩大到高校广大教职员工;其次,针对当前干部队伍中存在的问题,提出借鉴AACSB国际商科认证的核心精神、理念及方法进行干部队伍建设的设想,通过对AACSB认证标准的分析,提出干部队伍建设的可借鉴经验;最后,较为深入地剖析高校干部队伍建设中的三个关键问题:干部队伍建设的目标问题;干部职业生涯发展规划问题;干部队伍建设的品质保障体系构建问题。Firstly, the paper defines the concept of the cadre team in Colleges and Universities; Secondly, in view of the current problems in the cadres, this paper puts forward the assumptions for the construction of the cadres using the core spirit, ideas and methods of AACSB international business certification. Based on the analysisof the AACSB certification standards, this paper puts forward some useful experiences for the construction of the cadres' team. Finally, it analyzes three key problems thoroughly in the construction of college cadre team: aim of cadres' team construction; construction of the occupation career planning and the quality guarantee system for cadres' team construction.
