摘　　要：文章通过进行某高导叶片研制项目的工作结构分解,应用关键链技术,设置缓冲区,进行项目进度的优化。通过资源的协调,很大程度上缩短了叶片研制项目的生产周期,取得了很好的效果。In this paper, the work structure of a high guide vane development project is decomposed, the key chain technology is applied, the buffer zone is set up, and the project schedule is optimized. Through the coordination of resources, the production cycle of the blade development project is shortened to a great extent, and good results have been achieved.
