Teach Individually to Improve the Teaching Quality of Non-anesthesia Residents During the Rotation of Anesthesiology Department

摘  要:麻醉科轮转是住院医师规范化培训的重要组成部分,目前在麻醉科轮转的非麻醉专业住院医师有来自外科学、重症监护、急诊等不同专业,但是他们的轮转目标并不完全相同,教育背景也比较复杂,医学本科毕业生、专业学位硕士、博士研究生以及科学学位硕士、博士研究生、七年制临床医学生等,培养计划中不同学历的医师轮转也没有明显区别。为了提高非麻醉专业住院医师麻醉科轮转的培训效果,我们提出了分层培养、应需施教的理念,在统一的规范化培训标准、要求与考核下进行个性化教学,持续改进教学质量。Anesthesiology rotation is an important part in resident standardization training. At present, the non-anesthesia residents rotate the anesthesiology department from such as surgery, intensive care, and emergency. The educational backgrounds are also complex, undergraduates, postgraduates (master degree, medical masters, doctor of philosophy), seven-year clinical medical students, and so on. But their learning purposes are not the same exactly and the training plans in different degrees of residents has no obvious difference. To achieve training improvement of non-anesthesia residents in rotation of anesthesiology department, it is important to individualize the learning process according to their own departments’ special requirements and education backgrounds based on the same standardized training standards and assessments.
