摘 要:本文中根据电动汽车轮边驱动减速器轴系零件的材料特性,进行了轴系零件的疲劳特性和低载强化特性的研究。首先建立了零件的应力-寿命曲线和低载强化三维曲面,为轴系零件的寿命计算提供了数据基础。接着提出了变尺寸零件的工作应力快速计算方法,并根据上海市道路循环转矩谱,将载荷谱外推得到了等效于3 000km行程的转矩载荷谱。最后通过调整轴系零件工作应力谱的疲劳损伤和强化比例,设计出满足寿命要求、尺寸最小的轴系零件。该方法可为汽车零部件的设计与分析提供一种新思路。A study on the fatigue and low-load strengthening characteristics of shafting parts in the reducer of a in-wheel motor drive electric vehicle is conducted in this paper,based on the material properties of shafting parts. Firstly,the stress-life curve of parts and low-load strengthening 3 D surface are established to provide the data basis for calculating the service life of shafting parts. Then a fast calculation method of the working stress of the parts with varying dimension is put forward,and a torque loading spectra,equivalent to 3,000 kilometer driving is obtained by extrapolating the torque spectra of Shanghai driving cycle. Finally the shafting parts with minimum dimension and meeting service life requirements are designed by adjusting the fatigue damage and strengthening proportion of the working stress of shafting parts. The method adopted provides a new idea for the design and analysis of automotive parts and components.
